Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or received the wrong thing? Here's how returns and exchanges work, plus what can and can't be returned.

Our 14-day window

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any seals intact.

Hygiene & safety exclusions

Because these are products your pet eats, drinks, sleeps or plays with, we cannot accept the return of opened or used pet-contact items (such as feeding bowls, water fountains, grooming tools, beds, mats, carriers and toys) unless they are faulty or were sent in error. Opened bags and consumables are also non-returnable. This protects the health and safety of every pet we ship to.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including shipping — at our cost. You don't need to keep the original packaging in this case.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@mpetgroup.shop with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of approval.
  4. Once received and inspected, we issue your refund or send your exchange.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover it. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund items lost in return transit without proof of postage.
